"Throughout our lives, we must deal with change. Some changes are welcome; some are not. There are changes in our lives which are sudden, such as the unexpected passing of a loved one, an unforeseen illness, the loss of a possession we treasure. But most of the changes take place subtly and slowly. Day by day, minute by minute, second by second we went from where we were to where we are now. The lives of all of us, of course, go through similar alterations and changes. The difference between the changes in my life and the changes in yours is only in the details. Time never stands still; it must steadily march on, and with the marching come the changes. This is our one and only chance at mortal life—here and now. The longer we live, the greater is our realization that it is brief. Opportunities come, and then they are gone. I believe that among the greatest lessons we are to learn in this short sojourn upon the earth are lessons that help us distinguish between what is important and what is not. I plead with you not to let those most important things pass you by as you plan for that illusive and nonexistent future when you will have time to do all that you want to do. Instead, find joy in the journey—now. Let us relish life as we live it, find joy in the journey, and share our love with friends and family. One day each of us will run out of tomorrows. " Thomas S. Monson

Happy 9 months old to my little man

I'm so excited for the stage you are in now! you are so much fun, i love that you laugh and giggle. I love that you say "mama". I love that you crawl everywhere...when i leave the room you chase me down like a blood hound!
I love that you sleep so good. I love all your chubby rolls so much. I love your sweet smile and how it lights up the room. I just plain out love you to pieces!!!

We had your 9 month check up and once again you measure HUGE! 90% for height!!! by FAR taller then your brothers....you are one of the tallest kids your age that they have in the office! you weight 20 lbs (almost 21!). you will tower us all im sure of it!
You wear size 3 diapers still and 18 month clothes, only for the fact that you are so tall and dont fit length wise in 12 month clothes!
You LOVE your bath now, you cry to get out instead of getting in now!
You are still a mama's boy...big time!
You started pulling your self up now just within the last few days...i found you standing in your crib saying "mamamamama" and then i watched you pull your self up by the couch!
You LOVE potato soup that i make!
You army crawled for a month and now you figured out hands and knees and you are on the move all the time!
You are doing so well with our Christmas tree, you have not tried to pull it over yet but you do take off some of the ornaments once in a while!

The other day, daddy was changing you on your table and you were saying "mama" and daddy said to you "daddy's the best uh khai" and then he said "say dada's the best khai"....you stopped talking and looked right at daddy and shook your head "NO"...we died laughing it was way to funny....You know who is the best!!!

What a fun happy boy you are and we couldnt ask or want any one other then you...you make us so happy!
We Love you sweet boy!

good advice!

Be very careful if you make a woman cry, because God counts her tears. The woman came out of a man's rib, not from his feet to be walked on, not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal! Under the arm to be protected, & next to the heart to be loved.
