Happy 23 Months Khai Man...

Your last month before you turn "2" YAY!!
You are such an amazing boy, no lie. I know I always say that but each month goes by and you just amaze us even more.
Here you are at 23 months and You have exploded with words and funny acts! You do so much more then even just a few weeks ago.
Here are some new things you have started doing:

You try to say EVERYTHING we say...its the cutest thing I have ever herd. some of my favorites are:

Anyways there are sooo many more words you say but those are the most used everyday. You also say "kippy" which kiptin loves to hear you say!
some things you do all day long other then get into trouble haha, you love to turn on and off the light switches, you love to ride your little red car that G & G got you for christmas, every morning when we get you out of your crib you have to pick up EVERY SINGLE blanket and bring it out with you along with your bink! you just started watching the
movie called "mater tales" its about lighting mcqueen and mater from the "cars movie" every morning you want to watch it and you say "movie" and thats what you call that show
when we hear you say movie we know exactly what you are wanting to watch! kippy is so sweet to you and watches it with you multiple times a day!
Each morning that kaylin is leaving for school you have to give him hugs and kisses and wave bye to him at the door!
We are loving all the kisses you give us all day, We may or may not bribe you for extra kisses!!!
you still sleep like a champ, seriously you cant get an easier baby for sleeping if you tried, you are the best of the best!!!
you are kinda dramatic and try to throw fits on the floor but we just look at you and say "oh stop" and you look at us like "that didnt work" and you stop.
Just yesterday you figured out how to con me into giving into you, example: you wanted some candy pieces yesterday and I had already said No More...you came to me and said
"one more" and I said no, and then you came back a minute later and said "of ooh" "pees" and it was the cutest and I couldnt resist and gave in...and then you kept coming back
and doing it each time you wanted another taffy!

Daddy plays with you in the toy room each day, Grandma and Grandpa Haslem got you this cool radio flyer car and ramp that you drive down...each time you drive down it you have
to fall off the bike and "crash" very dramaticly! you also do the same thing with guns...when you play guns with your brothers and you get shot you fall down and make all kinds
funny noises like your hurt!
Crashing is your favorite thing to do right now!!

We love you so much and I couldnt see life without you ever, you are so amazing and so fun!! watching you and your brothers all play together is the best part of any day!

We love you to the moon and back!!

Happy Valentines Day...

Valentines day 2015...was so nice and relaxing!
Nick took me out the day before while landon and chelsea watched the boys for a day.
We went down to st. george and did a temple session, then we went to eat at my all time favorite restaurant...Anasazi steak house.
we indulged in the best cheese fondue and then shared a yummy chicken dinner and followed it by a chocolate fondue! PERFECT! I did a "sensual gift" set for nick this year,
the past few years we havent really done much for each other so this year i wanted to make sure to do some fun things for him he woulnt suspect, some things i got were... cologne, snow board tickets, new boxers, strawberries, massage stuff...it was fun. I also made him "open when" letters about 14 of them...they are for different times when he is feeling different emotions and needs a pick me up.... sad, weak, wants to know what i see for our future, why he loves me, why i chose him, when he needs to laugh, etc... it was fun to
sit and write down so much, it took about 5 hours to write all the letters!
It was so nice to get to spend the day with my love, it was so needed and I was so happy and in love!

The next day "actual valentines day" we shared it with the boys and wanted to just hang out with them and relax..super nice day as well, in the morning when they woke up
I had made them a cup with M&M's in it and glued taffy on top to make it look like an ice cream float, they got doughnuts and chocolate milk for breakfast, and balloons, khailo got
new pj's and a sticker book and a little frog cup (i didnt want him to have all that candy nor a glass cup!).
we took the boys out to eat at zaxbys a chicken place, we hadnt been to it yet and it was good. then we went to the park that they love and played for
a while til it was khailo's nap time. and then we just hung out at home and the boys played outside and with friends!

I love "lovers day" and I want to always show my boys a little extra love on that day so I try to do a little something each year for them, its fun being a mommy and getting to
make and buy cute gifts that make them smile and feel just a bit extra special on that day!

Love all my 4 boys and cant wait for the next year and each year to show them some extra love on that day!

Our Silly Khai...

Every time you smile at us you scrunch your nose up and squeeze your eyes and it makes the cutest funny face we have ever seen!!
None of the other boys did this so it's your own unique face, you started doing it at about 18 months!
Once you learned that every time you made it and Dad and I laughed so hard it became something you did just when you wanted us to laugh!
It took FOREVER to get it caught on camera, this is the jist of it...so much better live but I love that I was able to capture this cute memory of you!!

New Years 2015...

New Years we love spending with the boys. Its hard to let them say up til the real midnight so we may or may not have tricked them and watched a early "kid" count down to 2015!!
But on the other hand Dad and I pretty much never make it to midnight either! This year we hung out at Papa and Grandma haslem's house for a few hours and played games and ate yummy food. When it was about 8 we headed home and Khai was ready to sleep so he didnt even stay up with us but we all stayed up and got our Hot Chocolate to "cheers" too the new year!

Water jumping...

Sometimes you just need to be free to jump in the water/mud puddles!!

I took the boys out after a rain storm passed by and we ran up and down the road jumping from puddle to puddle...so much fun!

Khai's 23 months...

Seriously I slacked off the past few months badly. I didnt get your post up each month but I promise to do better, or at least try!

This month you turn 23 months old ALREADY...sad to think you are almost 2 and a talking toddler.

MAN you seriously keep daddy and I on our toes at ALL times.
You are mr. independent and want to do everything your self...everything.
You are a busy busy busy busy boy, always on the move and ALWAYS into something...and its rarely something good....You have turned into this monster maniac machine that NEVER
stops!!!!
I should be taking pictures of EVERYTHING you get into that is Naughty...I will try to list all the things you have done the past week...im sure I will forget a bunch cause it really never ends. If you are quiet we know you are somewhere doing something naughty again.

You even walk around and say "I naughty", you spank your own bum when we walk in on you doing something you shouldnt be doing and again you say "naughty", and its too cute so i can never be too mad.

here are some things i can remember off the top of my head:
dug with a fork in my candle
spill my water cup on the floor...daily.
throw all your food on the floor on purpose
pull out all the wet wipes
you shoot your brothers in the face with dart guns
got into kaylins drawer and got his lotion and wiped it all over your hair and face
spray all my mopping solution out of the mop...very expensive i may add.
dump baby power all over
get into the sugar
dump flour all over
push the water button on the fridge door and make a huge puddle of water
climb on the counter and play in the sink
climb on the counter to get the cleaner and spray in everywhere
took your formula off the counter into the toy room and play cars in it...another every expensive thing.
stuck your face in your formula right after dad gave you a bath...literally not 5 min after.
got into the peanut butter jar
constantly spill any baggie treats on the floor
try to play in the bathrooms and flush the toilet over and over
get into my bathroom drawers daily and pull everything out...dump my expensive makeup all over
get the gel and cake your head with it
find any and all sprays you can and walk around spraying them...perfume, cologne, air freshner ect..
dump papers or what ever is on a counter, desk, dresser, off onto the floor
rip up things
find my purse and dump it out
find mine or dads wallet and dump EVERYTHING out of it
eat tooth paste
dump your bottle or juice out of your cup through its lid and leave droplets all around the house til its gone or we catch you

the worse thing you do constantly is walk around and try to plug stuff into or unplug things out of the sockets throughout the house....yes you have been shocked but still
you dont seem to mind and will do it again...and again...and again.
You got my hair straightner down and turned it on and burned your self...pretty good too.
turn on the water like in the tub and sink and walk away so it runs for who knows how long.


Any ways you get the pictures...that has all been done within the past few weeks...but really we are always having to chase you down!
We love how happy you are though, and how many things you are starting to say...super cute to hear you try to say the words we are saying...you probably say over 50 words.
We took you in for your check up at the doc and your stats are incredible, I do NOT know where you came from, you are huge...super tall and thick...not fat but you can take
out your brothers!
your weight was: 27 lbs 14oz and thats in the 58%
your height was: 36 inches and that is in the 95%...told you...very tall. your brothers are in the 10% and 20% range and you hit 95% at 22 months
your head was: 19 inches round and thats the 46%

You are such a daddy's boy the past few months...if dad leaves all heck breaks loose if he doesnt take you!
you still are an amazing sleeper...12-14 hours a night and you go to bed without a fuss every night
you started to hate showers and baths because you dont like your hair washed
you run free every time you see the chance out the door..you have been cooped up in the house pretty much since you could really walk...we dont go out much in the winter
so im excited for summer and to watch you run and play!

We love you so much and are so so thankful you are ours forever and ever!!!

15 years!

It's been 15 years today since my sweetheart asked me to be his, so happy I said yes! He is one of the best men I know and an extremely awesome daddy!!
