"Throughout our lives, we must deal with change. Some changes are welcome; some are not. There are changes in our lives which are sudden, such as the unexpected passing of a loved one, an unforeseen illness, the loss of a possession we treasure. But most of the changes take place subtly and slowly. Day by day, minute by minute, second by second we went from where we were to where we are now. The lives of all of us, of course, go through similar alterations and changes. The difference between the changes in my life and the changes in yours is only in the details. Time never stands still; it must steadily march on, and with the marching come the changes. This is our one and only chance at mortal life—here and now. The longer we live, the greater is our realization that it is brief. Opportunities come, and then they are gone. I believe that among the greatest lessons we are to learn in this short sojourn upon the earth are lessons that help us distinguish between what is important and what is not. I plead with you not to let those most important things pass you by as you plan for that illusive and nonexistent future when you will have time to do all that you want to do. Instead, find joy in the journey—now. Let us relish life as we live it, find joy in the journey, and share our love with friends and family. One day each of us will run out of tomorrows. " Thomas S. Monson

Cute Pictures of the Boys...

2011...Love these two Silly Boys!

My Mothers Day....

Such a special day for me. To be a MOM is amazing! I look at my boys and wonder why I was chosen to be their mom!? They are so precious to me. I'm not a perfect mom but I try hard to make them happy and to have good memories! There is nothing NOTHING in this world i would give, do, help, my kids with, I will always try to give them what I never had and more. They are only little for so long and I'm realizing it more with kiptin as he grows, I miss the little babies i once had but Love the little boys i now have!!!

Since Daddy was out of town working it was just me the little boys, kaylin talked to nick on the phone and asked if he could pick me out some flowers and since kaylin is the man of the house when daddy is gone mothers day was up to him! We search ALL of walmart for a bouquet of flowers with all the colors and it had to have blue, well there was none with blue flowers not even in the garden department i kept saying "these look nice" he said nope those aren't the ones, FINALLY after about 30 min of looking he spotted the PERFECT ones, he got so excited and said these are the one mom for you mothers day flowers they are perfect cause they have a balloon and flowers all together! He also picked me out a "mom" shirt, i had to read him all the shirts and he picked which one he liked, it is actually pretty perfect since I'm a single mom 3 weeks out of each month while daddy is in North Dakota working.

"I've carried children within my body. Slept with babies on my chest. I've kissed boo boos and mended broken hearts. I've been puked on, peed on, pooped on and spent sleepless nights in the rocking chair, but I wouldn't have it any other way. My body isn't perfect, but when I look in the mirror, I see a MOM, and there is no greater honor or blessing!!"

Thank you Kaylin & Kiptin again for choosing me to be your mommy!

Easter Weekend....

This Easter we spent in Las Vegas with nicks family, we all had fun, it was a nice weekend getaway from our crazy everyday life.
While we were there we wanted to take the kids somewhere and we have already been the the shark reef a few times so this time we went to Secret Garden to see the Dolphins & lions! It was small but they loved it!
We stayed with shane and trish at their house, so the Easter bunny had to come stop by to see us there which kaylin didn't think he would be able to find us but sure enough he did. This was kiptins first easter that he could actually dig into his basket and play with the toys and eat the chocolate of course, he loved it!
We had a fun easter egg hunt with prizes of course from nicks parents which is always fun! We went to a buffet which was crazy with sleepy over tired kids! We Went to my brothers airport and got to see the jet he fly's, it was so awesome, he is a private pilot he even fly's Chris Angel around (who he says is really an actual freak). Then we headed to St.George for an Easter egg dinner and kids egg hunt at Nana's house. She is the BEST Nana any one could ever have!

My creative kid....

Well kaylin is such a smart kid, he will figure out a way to do almost anything he wants to do, so this shouldnt have come as much of a surprise to us. Nick and I were talking to his parents and I guess kaylin kept asking us for a cup but we didnt answer/help him so he took matters into his own hands!

He couldnt get his hands on a cup so he got a straw and stuck it around the water tube on the fridge water and the other part in his mouth and pushed the button and WALA...got him self a drink!

April FuN....

I have been slacking on my posting lately, i feel like i have no time to sit and upload all my cute pictures. Here are a few pictures of the boys having fun finally outside in the sun shine!

Kaylins CrAzY Hair Day....

Kaylin Had crazy week at school, and this one is his crazy hair day. We planned on making lots of little spikes all over his head but by the time i was cutting out all the little rubber bands he decided he HATED it and was not happy, he said he just wanted a Mohawk instead. It was a LONG morning but in the end he was happy!

Kaylins BaCkWaRdS Day at school....

Kaylin had backwards day at school he LOVED it. He thought it was so funny to wear his pants and shirt backwards! He wanted to wear his underwear backwards too but I told him that it would feel to good so he should pass on that one!!!!

good advice!

Be very careful if you make a woman cry, because God counts her tears. The woman came out of a man's rib, not from his feet to be walked on, not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal! Under the arm to be protected, & next to the heart to be loved.
