"Throughout our lives, we must deal with change. Some changes are welcome; some are not. There are changes in our lives which are sudden, such as the unexpected passing of a loved one, an unforeseen illness, the loss of a possession we treasure. But most of the changes take place subtly and slowly. Day by day, minute by minute, second by second we went from where we were to where we are now. The lives of all of us, of course, go through similar alterations and changes. The difference between the changes in my life and the changes in yours is only in the details. Time never stands still; it must steadily march on, and with the marching come the changes. This is our one and only chance at mortal life—here and now. The longer we live, the greater is our realization that it is brief. Opportunities come, and then they are gone. I believe that among the greatest lessons we are to learn in this short sojourn upon the earth are lessons that help us distinguish between what is important and what is not. I plead with you not to let those most important things pass you by as you plan for that illusive and nonexistent future when you will have time to do all that you want to do. Instead, find joy in the journey—now. Let us relish life as we live it, find joy in the journey, and share our love with friends and family. One day each of us will run out of tomorrows. " Thomas S. Monson

13 months old...

Today Khailo is 13 months old!
You are starting to be such a big boy, wanting to be so independent already, u are starting to want to get up and try all the things your brothers are doing.
This week you started walking (sunday the 13th is when you took more then 2 steps at a time)..yay...you can go a pretty good ways before u fall. You get so so so excited and start clapping and laughing when you start to walk that it makes you wobbly and you loose your balance but you always get up and try again! We are so proud of you!
Your are the perfect fit for our family, I am one lucky mama to have had you choose us to come to here on earth. life would not be the same without your sweet spirit and energetic personality!!

Let Soccer Begin....

Spring Soccer has begun...good thing cause we are getting sick of being cooped up in the house all winter and need to get our and run!
This year kiptin was old enough to play and really wanted to so we signed him up and just prayed he wouldnt be too shy and would actually get out and have fun.

Their first games came..they are a little tricky cause they each play on the same big field but at different times so daddy and I have to try to each be at a game and juggle the two games around so we can each see you both play.

Kaylin is doing awesome this year, he is by far the best on the team this time and really gets in their and gets the ball. ( I am kaylins "team mom" and he got to choose what # he wanted and chose #1 of course so i think that being number 1 helps him just want to be the best)

Kiptins first game started before kaylin's was over so daddy took him to his side and I was worried that he would see all the kids he didnt know and not want to play like he does most of the time...but once I was able to get over to his game he was out just doing AWESOME, running after the ball with the kids...his age group is so funny to watch...super cute! Kiptin's # is 4...he was so happy when he got his jersey and it was "his" number...you are 4 and thought it was so awesome that you got #4 jersey too!

I am so happy they are having fun. What ever they want to play is fine with us, we dont make them do a sport if they dont want too!

Here are some pics i got before my camera died of their first games!

good advice!

Be very careful if you make a woman cry, because God counts her tears. The woman came out of a man's rib, not from his feet to be walked on, not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal! Under the arm to be protected, & next to the heart to be loved.
