"Throughout our lives, we must deal with change. Some changes are welcome; some are not. There are changes in our lives which are sudden, such as the unexpected passing of a loved one, an unforeseen illness, the loss of a possession we treasure. But most of the changes take place subtly and slowly. Day by day, minute by minute, second by second we went from where we were to where we are now. The lives of all of us, of course, go through similar alterations and changes. The difference between the changes in my life and the changes in yours is only in the details. Time never stands still; it must steadily march on, and with the marching come the changes. This is our one and only chance at mortal life—here and now. The longer we live, the greater is our realization that it is brief. Opportunities come, and then they are gone. I believe that among the greatest lessons we are to learn in this short sojourn upon the earth are lessons that help us distinguish between what is important and what is not. I plead with you not to let those most important things pass you by as you plan for that illusive and nonexistent future when you will have time to do all that you want to do. Instead, find joy in the journey—now. Let us relish life as we live it, find joy in the journey, and share our love with friends and family. One day each of us will run out of tomorrows. " Thomas S. Monson

Merry Christmas 2017

Christmas 2017 is in the books!
The boys had such a good Christmas..we all did! The boys got so spoiled like always. They got all matching PJ's and its probably the last year that I will be able to pull that off..which makes my mommy heart so sad, Kaylin is getting to the age where he doesn't want to always look like his brothers (how did that happen already) He is also getting to the age where he asks LOTS of questions about Santa and all the magic..if you know what I mean hahahahaha!
For Christmas, they got all kinds of things...
Kaylin got his number one gift, a Play Station VR..he loves it
Kiptin got his new pellet gun, LOTS of deer decor for his room, new huntings, and shooting gear rip stick, and metal detector set, as well as a new UGLY STICK fishing pole from grandpa F. that he loves...
They all got their new dirt bike helmets
Karbon got all kinds of new cars, a new truck to ride in, a see-saw, and more
Now Khailo is a different story...I wanna say for the most part his Christmas was a SANTA FAIL this year hahaha, all the things that Santa THOUGHT he would love...he didn't. I remember one of the gifts he opened he just looked at it and then threw it over his head and said "no"...another one he opened and then said, "oh man, karbon can have this" hahaha...SERIOUSLY HAHAHA it as funny. He did get his awesome helmet, a really awesome construction set, a balance bike (he gave to karbon as well haha) and his most favorite Kylo Ren costume.
They all got a really cool recon laser tag set (the grown-ups really like it as well lol)
Rocket came back to visit us for the month and watch over the boys, they made him a TREE HOUSE, and Dad and I went to the GENTRI Christmas Concert.
We made Cookies for Santa like we always do and just had the most Chill year...I LOVE THAT KIND...we told everyone we were staying at home and if they wanted to visit they had to come here to do it because we love our low key Christmas!

good advice!

Be very careful if you make a woman cry, because God counts her tears. The woman came out of a man's rib, not from his feet to be walked on, not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal! Under the arm to be protected, & next to the heart to be loved.
