"Throughout our lives, we must deal with change. Some changes are welcome; some are not. There are changes in our lives which are sudden, such as the unexpected passing of a loved one, an unforeseen illness, the loss of a possession we treasure. But most of the changes take place subtly and slowly. Day by day, minute by minute, second by second we went from where we were to where we are now. The lives of all of us, of course, go through similar alterations and changes. The difference between the changes in my life and the changes in yours is only in the details. Time never stands still; it must steadily march on, and with the marching come the changes. This is our one and only chance at mortal life—here and now. The longer we live, the greater is our realization that it is brief. Opportunities come, and then they are gone. I believe that among the greatest lessons we are to learn in this short sojourn upon the earth are lessons that help us distinguish between what is important and what is not. I plead with you not to let those most important things pass you by as you plan for that illusive and nonexistent future when you will have time to do all that you want to do. Instead, find joy in the journey—now. Let us relish life as we live it, find joy in the journey, and share our love with friends and family. One day each of us will run out of tomorrows. " Thomas S. Monson

Happy Easter...

Easter 2017...This was such a late year for easter...usually its on the 1st sunday but it wasnt until the 16th of april this year.

We had a very fun easter! we have the best neighbors in the world, all of us moms planned a fun easter party for the kids this year...egg hunts with prices, dinner, cotton candy, snowcones, and a fire which of course we had to have smores!!!

The boy ran 100 miles an hour all day and crashed hard about 10 pm...woke up the Easter Sunday and the easter bunny brought some yummy treats and a new trampoline..the boys were so happy! they also got soccer goals..kip was super stocked about that as well! Daddy make us pancakes and then I cooked up lots of yummy easter treats for our little dinner we had to celebrate Easter and Karbons Birthday with the grandparents and some cusins.

Needless to say Iam sooo tired :) but makeing memmories with my boys is the best thing in the world and I will always go out of my way tired or not to make holidays and birthday special for them!

Whats more important then the Easter bunny though, is our SAVOR. There is no Easter without him. We went to church and these cute little girls sang "Gethsemane-Jesus loves me" and it absouluty melted me. I teared up and it really hit me hard at that moment. 'JESUS LOVES ME' he loves me no matter what i do, no matter the mistakes I make...HE LOVE ME...AND YOU!
There have been some really hard times in my/our lives and no matter what I need to always remember HE died for us and for all those hard times, he died for us so we could live and all be forgiven, so we could all be together forever. Jesus loves me...jesus loves you...he went willingly to gethsemane for all of us...he gave us the greatest GIFT we could ever ever ask for. Remember each Easter morning this day was only possible because someone loves us more then we will ever know...Dad and I love you boys that much, a feeling you will only know when you have children of your own and only then can you know the intense love we have for you!

Happy Easter!

good advice!

Be very careful if you make a woman cry, because God counts her tears. The woman came out of a man's rib, not from his feet to be walked on, not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal! Under the arm to be protected, & next to the heart to be loved.
