"Throughout our lives, we must deal with change. Some changes are welcome; some are not. There are changes in our lives which are sudden, such as the unexpected passing of a loved one, an unforeseen illness, the loss of a possession we treasure. But most of the changes take place subtly and slowly. Day by day, minute by minute, second by second we went from where we were to where we are now. The lives of all of us, of course, go through similar alterations and changes. The difference between the changes in my life and the changes in yours is only in the details. Time never stands still; it must steadily march on, and with the marching come the changes. This is our one and only chance at mortal life—here and now. The longer we live, the greater is our realization that it is brief. Opportunities come, and then they are gone. I believe that among the greatest lessons we are to learn in this short sojourn upon the earth are lessons that help us distinguish between what is important and what is not. I plead with you not to let those most important things pass you by as you plan for that illusive and nonexistent future when you will have time to do all that you want to do. Instead, find joy in the journey—now. Let us relish life as we live it, find joy in the journey, and share our love with friends and family. One day each of us will run out of tomorrows. " Thomas S. 3 weeks old...

I seriously am so sad that 3 weeks have come and gone, I have LOVED just snuggling this little guy all day!!
I would have to say that having a baby at 21 years old and having a baby at 28 years old is such a huge difference. I am just not wanting him to grow up at all I just want him to stay a newborn forever!!

at his 2 week apt he weighed 7lb and 10 oz, now i would say close to 8lbs maybe
he still wears newborn and just born clothes and newborn diapers
he hates to get undressed and hates his diaper changed
tonight was the first night he got a bath in his little tube and HE HATED IT!
He sleeps any where from 2 to 4 sometimes 5 hrs at a time at night.
He still has lots of hair but its getting so light, much lighter then the other 2 boys at this age.
He loves to be snuggled right up on my chest, he loves to just be held by mommy all day!

The boys are just loving on him so much, all day kaylin will come over to me and say "he's so cute mom" and seriously he does that about 10 times a day...makes me smile!
Kiptin loves to come up and "pet" his head and give him kisses. if kiptin has cold hands he try's to warm them up so that khailo doesnt get crying when he touches him...super cute too!
Nick talks to him all the time, he is always calling him "little cutie", which melts my heart too...nick just loves his boy's so much and I love him more everyday for that!
I tell little khai how much I love him and I just cant stop kissing his cute little cheeks all day!!
This little boy really has his mommy wrapped all around him!

These have been the best 3 weeks I could have ever asked for!
I could not seriously ever imagine not having one of these boys of mine, I'm seriously ONE HAPPY MOMMY!

good advice!

Be very careful if you make a woman cry, because God counts her tears. The woman came out of a man's rib, not from his feet to be walked on, not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal! Under the arm to be protected, & next to the heart to be loved.
