Our Family: Kaylin's First Day of Preschool...

"Throughout our lives, we must deal with change. Some changes are welcome; some are not. There are changes in our lives which are sudden, such as the unexpected passing of a loved one, an unforeseen illness, the loss of a possession we treasure. But most of the changes take place subtly and slowly. Day by day, minute by minute, second by second we went from where we were to where we are now. Kaylin's First Day of Preschool...

Kaylin started his 2nd year of preschool today! He was quiet in the morning but once he got home he was telling me all kinds of story's of how fun class was and all the cool friends he made! I love that he like's to learn and is very smart. He said he love's his new school much better then his last one which makes me very happy to hear, he said earlier that he cant wait for the next day of school. He came home and asked me when his show n' tell day was for him and I told him its on Friday, the next time you go to school is your show n' tell day, then he ran in his room and brought out a truck of his and said "this is my best truck ma, I'm going to show this one to all my friends on show n' tell day"....he cant wait!
I cant believe next year my baby will be in the big kid school, its so sad but so much fun to watch him learn and grow everyday!

set up: kaylin wants to sleep in our bed.

"kaylin you need to sleep in your own big boy bed"

"but that is my 3 year old bed and I'm 4 so now I can sleep in this bed with you. its a 4 year old bed"

set up: kiptin pulled the filter off the vacume and I couldn't figure out how to put it back on.

"oh mom why did you take this off, let me fix it"

"no kaylin leave it alone, let daddy fix it"

"I can do it...see mom, fixed"

(a very stupid mom moment for sure...its sad when your 4yr old is smarter then you)
