Christmas 2011...

Christmas was so fun yet again this year...Kiptin really understood "opening" the presents and loved it! We had a really fun day, it was a Sunday this year and we had 9 am church and the boys didnt like that very well. we woke up around 730 and let the boys open a few gifts and then got ready for church (it was a really long sacrament and the boys (kaylin mostly) was dying to get home and finish opening all their santa gifts) We got home and didnt even have a second to change before the boys were ripping open all their gifts again. we made some yummy cinnamon rolls and then it was off to snowmobiling with the family up past brian head for the day! It was a really really nice sunny day and we rode the sleds down hills, hooked up the big tube to the snow mobile and got pulled around, made a little fire and roasted hot dogs. It was a nice relaxing day full of fun memories.

The boys loved all their stuff, here is somethings they got this year: Kaylin...DS games, mario pjs, fish, fish tank, mouse trap game, a vizio tablet, books, movies. Kiptin....farm animals, movie, book, big trucks, tractors, desk, coloring stuff.

Nick and I had a great Christmas as well, we mostly focused on getting everyone else good things and making sure the boys had a great year. Nick got a screen and a projector for his game/theater room which is so awesome now! I was able to get a tablet for my photography and nick surprised me with some Victoria secret perfume and a dress and shirt from there as well SUPER CUTE i must add!!

All in all it was exactly what we wanted the day to be. We are also beginning a family tradition this year and are starting "THE CHRISTMAS JARS" with nicks side of the family, we are so excited. I read the book a few weeks ago and it was amazing, something i would tell everyone to at least read, it only took me 2 days to read it and it has really changed how i see everyday things!

We also took the boys down to stg to visit santa, kaylin was way excited but kiptin wanted nothing to do with him :)
Santa also sent kaylin a video message AWESOME AWESOME, seriously kaylin LIT UP and couldnt believe santa talked right to him (it was from the north pole web site very cool so happy i found it and i hope they do it again next year)
I love Christmas time even more now that i have my own kids!
